Daniel and Jamie Hatstat are now Executive Directors of Women’s Outreach of Hope, Inc.! Their journey through addiction and recovery offers a unique perspective in guiding others. We’re grateful to Cathy Caughron for her faith in us and excited she’ll continue serving on the board and providing case management.
The force that started in 1995 still drives us today...
Women’s Outreach of Hope (Hope House) is a Christ centered, 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that exists for the sole purpose of serving our communities by helping to facilitate the successful restoration of women in the NE Oklahoma area. We offer help to women and children in need. It is our goal to empower women who have been affected by addiction, homelessness, domestic violence and who are coming out of incarceration. Through our program we mentor and empower women by offering a safe supportive Christian environment where they can heal from their trauma, be reunited with their children and families and once again become contributing members of society and live healthy whole lives.
Pregnant and incarcerated, Sandy knew she needed to change her life. She had grown up with abusive parents and before she knew it, she was in an abusive relationship herself. She wanted better for her new baby and for herself.
With only a high school education, the future looked dark. She was soon going to be released from prison. Where would she go? How could she avoid returning to her old life? Who would help her learn the skills she needed to provide for herself and her baby?
Our program offers participants the help they need to get on their feet. We take our ladies to doctor and dental appointments (a healthy body is proven to be one factor necessary to holding a stable job and becoming a responsible adult). We accompany mothers to court appearances, often helping them restart relationships with the children they've lost due to mistakes they have made. Sandy will get a job while attending our program, helping her financially get on her feet while also teaching the skill of responsibility.
Our Volunteer Program is the cornerstone of our organization. Volunteers play a vital role in creating a special environment at Hope House. We serve together to love and support the residents on their unique journey of healing and to further the growth, development and operations of Hope House nonprofit initiatives.
At Women’s Outreach of Hope, we provide safe, secure housing, transportation, and support for women recovering from addiction, incarceration, and domestic violence. Your generous donation can make a direct impact on their journey toward healing and independence. With your help, we can continue to offer the resources and care they need to rebuild their lives. Every contribution, big or small, helps ensure these women have a safe place to call home and the support they deserve. Join us in making a difference—together, we can offer hope and a brighter future. Donate today to help empower women on their path to recovery.
